If you received a Tremendous Physical Visa card in the mail, you must activate it before it can be used. To activate your card, see: How do I activate my Physical Visa card?
You can use your Physical Visa card anywhere that prepaid cards are accepted in the United States, excluding certain prohibited merchants:
- Money transfers
- Firearm-related businesses

- Tobacco businesses
- Marijuana-related businesses
- Money services from non-financial institutions (including cryptocurrency)

In addition, the card cannot be used for recurring subscription or installment payments.
Physical Visa cards can be used both in-store and online. When paying in-store, select “credit” instead of “debit”. Debit transactions may be declined. When paying online, select “credit” as the payment method and enter the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV like a normal credit card. Physical Visa cards can be used with any billing address.
Any transaction you make must be equal to or less than the remaining balance on the card. If you want to make a purchase that’s greater than your remaining balance, ask the cashier if you can make a split transaction for the card’s remaining balance. If you’re not sure how much balance is left on your card, see: How do I check my card balance?
Physical Visa cards can be added to digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Wallet. To add the card to a digital wallet, see: Can I add my card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet?
