If you're located in the US:
Your card can be used at any merchant in the United States and Puerto Rico where Visa or Mastercard (depending on the card you were issued) are accepted.
It's important to note that whether or not a specific merchant accepts virtual prepaid cards as payment is at their discretion. Tremendous cannot guarantee that a specific merchant will accept virtual prepaid cards.
Since you have a virtual card, it should be used for online purchases only. Any purchase attempts at in-person stores will be declined. Tremendous virtual prepaid cards can be used at most online, US-based retailers. If you're not sure where to use your card, Walmart.com and Amazon both accept prepaid virtual cards.
Please select credit as the payment method when making a purchase. You can then enter the card number and CVV like you would any credit card. Use your own name and address for the billing information, ensuring it matches the information you entered during redemption.
Your card cannot be used for making bank deposits, ATM withdrawals, gambling, purchasing cryptocurrency, or cash-transfer services like Xoom, Venmo, or CashApp. Any attempts to do so will automatically be declined.
Keep in mind that this is a prepaid card, so your purchases must be less than or equal to the balance on the card. If the authorization exceeds the available balance, the transaction will be declined due to insufficient funds.
Whether or not a merchant accepts split transactions (using more than one payment method for a single purchase) is at their discretion; most online retailers do not accept split transactions.
If you have a physical prepaid card:
The same information above applies, except you'll be able to use your card in physical stores. Please make sure you choose "credit" as the payment option during check out.
